RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Santa Gloria, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return items within 30 days of receiving them.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging).
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return

2. Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
3. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards.
